The Story

Eve Starling longs to bask in the limelight. But after six years of struggle waiting tables and chasing camera shoots, the yet-undiscovered model puts LA burnout behind her for a brand-new start in the remote Oregon wilderness. Though rotten luck is still in the air when a winter storm buries her car… until a handsome mountain man scoops her up in his strong arms.

Gabe Baskin finds serenity in the forest. But the nature-loving hermit's peace from avoiding the dating pool turns to surprise when his rescue of a damsel in distress ignites a flutter of passion. Now her contagious laughter and zeal for living make him wonder if saving her life could hold the cure to his empty heart.

Ready to repair her rundown property, Eve works alongside her dreamy neighbor while trying not to count the days to December 24th and their final parting of ways. And though deep-down Gabe wishes for endless moments under the mistletoe with his enchanting guest, he holds on to an inherited secret that could tear her away forever.

Can Eve and Gabe give in to fate and follow their hearts' true desires?
